Accessibility statement
Last updated 2026-10-16.
Our target
We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, on every page of this site. We have not had the site formally audited against the standard, so we do not claim conformance.
What we do
- A "Skip to content" link is the first thing a keyboard user reaches on every page.
- Every page has one main heading, and headings never skip a level.
- Text and controls meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1, in both the light and the dark colour scheme (large text: 3:1).
- The calculator and the wizard work with the keyboard, and the results are announced politely to screen readers when they change.
- The site follows your light or dark system setting. Without JavaScript the wizard still works as a plain form.
These points are checked by automated tests on every build, and the site was last reviewed with the automated tools axe and Lighthouse on 2026-10-16.
Known limitations
- Automated tools find only part of the possible problems. We have not yet tested the site with people who use assistive technology.
- Wide comparison tables scroll sideways on narrow screens.
- The calculator updates its results while you type, which can be verbose with a screen reader.
- Vendor websites that we link to (Zapier, Make, n8n and others) are outside our control.
