Executions: what n8n charges for
One full workflow run, however many steps. Unlimited users.
So the formula is executions = runs. Adding steps to a workflow does not change the plan price.

Limits by plan
- Max execution duration: Starter 5 min, Pro 40 min, Enterprise 40 min, Business not listed.
- Concurrency: Starter 5; Pro 20–50 (vendor page inconsistent); Business not listed. The pricing table lists no duration or concurrency for Business, so Business shows "not listed" and never borrows the Enterprise values. The n8n pricing page shows both "Up to 50" and "20 / 50" for Pro concurrency, so Pro concurrency is not stated as one number.

Above 50,000 executions
Pro-2 is the largest listed Cloud plan (50,000 executions). Above 50,000 executions the official pricing page lists only Custom (contact sales), so the calculator shows it as custom and never ranks it.
Cloud vs self-hosted vs Business
- Cloud (Starter, Pro-1, Pro-2): priced in EUR and billed per execution tier. It is the only n8n option with an affiliate program.
- Community (self-hosted): licence €0.00, execution cap: none. Infrastructure cost is not published by the vendor; the calculator shows it but never ranks it. Add your own hours and hourly rate in the calculator to include maintenance time.
- Business (self-hosted licence only): €667.00 a month on annual billing or €800.00 on monthly billing, for 40,000 executions, then €4,000.00 per started 300,000. Includes SSO, Git, environments. Whether Cloud includes SSO is not published by the vendor.
